Account deletion
CF Ranking is a competitive 5×5 matchmaking platform for Standoff 2.
How to request account deletion
Deletion starts inside the app — that is the main route, and it needs no correspondence:
- Open Settings in the CF Ranking app.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your account password.
If you can no longer sign in, the request is also accepted by email:
- Email support@cyberfaceit.com with the subject "Account deletion".
- In the message, state your Standoff 2 ID and in-game nickname.
- We confirm you own the account (by reply) and process the request.
- The account and the data tied to it are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
What is deleted and what is kept
Profile (nickname, Standoff 2 ID, email address, avatar), ELO rating and game statistics, match history, queue and party participation, reports you sent, purchased cosmetics and the cybercoins balance.
Only the minimum required: payment and transaction records (purchases paid through the payment provider) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 5 years); security and anti-cheat logs for up to 12 months, to prevent repeat violations. Once those periods expire the data is deleted in full.
